Gilham CC teaches only out of the bible. We have a wide variety of classes for all ages. EMC Beliefs
We currently have two Women’s Bible studies:
TUESDAY’S
On Tuesday the first study is 10:00-12:00. Their study is on the book of Hebrews. Coffee, snacks and childcare are all provided! The second bible study is 6:00PM – 8:00PM to accommodate those who have daytime careers. The evening study is currently on the book of Acts. Coffee, snacks and childcare are all provided!!
WEDNESDAY’S
On Wednesday afternoons 2:00 – 4:00 we have an open Bible study on the book of Acts. Delicious cookies and coffee are provided along with childcare. Our Sunday School is 9:30-10:30 currently studying the book of Revelation. Sunday School for Kiddos is based on our curriculum for all ages. Kiddo’s Ministry
THURSDAY’S
On Thursday evening 6:30-8:00 we have AWANA Club Awana where scriptures are memorized and fun is the key!! As you can see Gilham CC clearly qualifies as a Bible teaching church near me and we are happy to invite you to attend!
As Senior Pastor I am dedicated (some may say driven) to not only sharing God’s Holy and Inspired Word but teaching how His word can be not only valid in our lives in today’s world but essential. The historical events in the Bible from creation to Jesus’ sermons and encounters with the people of His day while He walked the earth are not only fascinating but heart rending as well.
If you are new to the bible or if you are answering the quiet but persistent call from our Heavenly Father, get a bible and read Matthew Chapters five, six and seven. It is a beautiful example of how God wants us to live and be at peace….Lovely!!
